bendy yoga private classes give you the ultimate bespoke class experience. They are particularly good if you require rehabilitation from an injury, would like extra attention during pregnancy, require assistance in postnatal recovery, are a complete beginner, or would prefer not to be in a group class environment.
Classes are tailored to accommodate any particular areas of focus or interest and encompass all aspects of yoga, including postures, breath work and relaxation.
All private classes are arranged at a mutually convenient time either in-person or via Zoom so you won’t see them published on my schedule.
