I love the bendy tent! Such a unique setting for yoga…it’s just brilliant! ~ Rachel

The bendy tent is a beautiful 7-metre bell tent pitched in my garden, which runs adjacent to Velmead Woods. It has four doors, which are often fully open to allow you to feel surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

The whole bendy yoga timetable moves to the tent from June to September and there is so much to look forward to!

The Great British Weather is not always predictable so having access to nature whilst being protected by the bendy tent is the next best thing!

Practising yoga outside has many benefits*:
– Spending time in nature can replenish depleted energy.
– When you leave the four walls of a studio, all of your senses wake up, which activates parts of the brain that make you more present.
– Fresh air heightens breath awareness.
– Postures such as Tree pose and sun salutations can come to life as you focus on a real tree instead of a spot on the wall and feel the warmth of the sun on you.

Makes such a difference being outdoors. I love the tent!!! ~ Tamzin
