In these challenging Covid-19 times, achieving ‘balance’ can seem pretty unrealistic. We are doing much more in our homes; working, schooling, socialising, exercising…living. And there are new -ever-changing – rules and regulations to follow. This can feel stifling and intense.
It is more important than ever that we pay attention to our inner landscapes. We need to be aware of our energy levels. We need to notice our emotions and feelings and then begin to recognise how those thoughts and feelings show up in our bodies.
If we can’t see the wood for the trees and we are lacking in direction, yoga can help to ground and centre us. If we are feeling burnt out and stressed, yoga can help to restore us.
