Hatha flow classes focus on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation. They flow steadily giving you time to slow down, tune inward and develop awareness.


Beginner classes are specifically aimed at the yoga rookie. They encompass the traditional principles of Hatha yoga and introduce key asana and breathing techniques to give you an all-round introduction to a yoga practice.


Pre-natal classes use yoga asana to build strength, stamina and balance, as well as incorporate breath work to help support your body as it changes through pregnancy. Learn techniques to calm the nervous system and help with birth.


Postnatal classes help your body heal and strengthen after birth. Classes relieve tension, improve posture, help to re-build abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, as well as provide positive touch, songs and bonding time with your baby.


Private classes give you the ultimate bespoke class experience. Particularly good if you require rehabilitation from an injury, would like extra attention during pregnancy, require assistance in postnatal recovery, or would prefer not to be in a group class environment.


A yoga workshop can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a general class. Workshops focus on a range of different areas, from delving deeper into a specific yoga practice to preparing for / enhancing a particular activity or sport.

  • Pregnancy Relaxation Workshop Date TBC

    Soothe your nervous system with this 2-hour nurturing relaxation workshop for pregnant women.

    Guiding you through restful yoga postures and massage practices, this workshop will help you activate the relaxation response as well as provide you with tips and techniques to be able to practice at home.

    The workshop will end with herbal tea and treats. Every Mum-to-be will also receive a goody bag.

    Open to all pregnant women in 2nd & 3rd trimesters.
