 We are all guilty of spending too much time spinning our hamster wheels, taking on too much and filling our minds with ‘stuff.’ We work and live in a culture where we wear ‘busy’ like a badge of honour and feel we have to work harder and faster in order to be successful.

That is all well and good. But there is one thing missing. YOU.

Hatha flow classes focus on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation. They flow steadily giving you time to slow down, tune inward and develop awareness.


Beginner classes are specifically aimed at the yoga rookie. They encompass the traditional principles of Hatha yoga and introduce key asana and breathing techniques to give you an all-round introduction to a yoga practice.


Pre-natal classes use yoga asana to build strength, stamina and balance, as well as incorporate breath work to help support your body as it changes through pregnancy. Learn techniques to calm the nervous system and help with birth.


Postnatal classes help your body heal and strengthen after birth. Classes relieve tension, improve posture, help to re-build abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, as well as provide positive touch, songs and bonding time with your baby.


Private classes give you the ultimate bespoke class experience. Particularly good if you require rehabilitation from an injury, would like extra attention during pregnancy, require assistance in postnatal recovery, or would prefer not to be in a group class environment.


A yoga workshop can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a general class. Workshops focus on a range of different areas, from delving deeper into a specific yoga practice to preparing for / enhancing a particular activity or sport.

  • Father's Day Yoga bendy tent, Fleet

    In honour of Father’s Day, and all the special men in our lives, this men-only yoga class held in the bendy yoga tent will focus on common areas of tension for men – shoulders, hips and hamstrings.

    This class will incorporate postures to increase strength, balance and flexibility, as well as encourage relaxation and mindfulness to alleviate stress.

    Suitable for all men – Dads, Step-Dads, to-be Dads, Granddads, Uncles, Brothers.
    All levels welcome, including beginners.
    All equipment provided.
